We do not accept returns due to change of mind however if you receive a faulty or damaged item we will happily accept a return for replacement, exchange or refund. In the case you would like a replacement and we have no current stock of that item we will issue a full refund immediately.

Our policy lasts 14 days from receiving your fabric. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

Fabric by Missy Rose only accepts returns via Australia Post tracked postage.
